What are the responsibilities and job description for the (Spanish-English Bilingual) Insurance Agency Customer Service position at A to Z Insurance?
Spanish-English Bilingual? Hablemos ! We are looking for an insurance customer service representative to connect with our insurance customers. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer questions, helping customers solve challenges, and providing potential customers with detailed information about our products. You may also review a customer’s policy and direct calls to sales agents when a policy needs to be purchased or upgraded.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with our range of products, services, and systems.
- Provide customers with detailed information about policies and products, and recommendations.
- Answer calls and respond to customer concerns and questions.
- Gather the information and risk management recommendations, renewal of designated accounts, and assist Producer(s) as needed.
Qualifications:
- English and Spanish fluency is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High-level typing skills.
- Comfortable with telephone system
- Great problem solver
- Positive attitude
- Previous experience working as a customer service representative or other customer facing role
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Not Required but a Big Plus:
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules.
- Ability to clearly explain policy concepts.
