Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Members to join our team. As a Cleaning Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding tasks and any issues encountered during cleaning.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
