Inbound Event Inventory Specialist (Part-Time)
Pay: $18 an hour
Location: Dillsburg, PA
Schedule: Part-time — Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
About the Role
We are a growing wedding and event rental company seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Event Inventory Specialist to manage and process returned inventory from events.
This role is essential to keeping our operation running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all returned items are accurately checked in, inspected, cleaned, and properly stored so they are ready for the next event.

Responsibilities
- Receive and check in returned inventory from events
- Verify item counts against orders and flag discrepancies
- Inspect items for damage, excessive wear, or missing components
- Clean and sanitize bars, tables, chairs, couches, and any other equipment that needs attention.
- Sort inventory by category and maintain organized workflow
- Properly wrap, package, and store items in designated locations
- Learn and follow warehouse storage systems and layouts
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas
- Communicate issues clearly (damaged items, shortages, etc.)
- Support overall warehouse operations as needed

- Damaged or missing items are caught and reported immediately
- Clean items are stored correctly and easy to locate
- Work area stays organized even during busy return periods

- Experience in events, catering, or rentals
- Familiarity with inventory systems or scanning tools
- Experience identifying product wear/damage
