Position Overview
A to Z Early Learning is currently seeking an Early Interventionist / Child Development Specialist to serve families in Perris, Moreno Valley, Hemet, Homeland, San Jacinto and surrounding communities.
This role involves delivering personalized, play-based early intervention services in a 1:1 setting for children ages birth to three years who are eligible for early intervention support.
All services are provided in the child’s home with a parent or caregiver present. We operate through a collaborative, relationship-centered model with a strong emphasis on parent coaching and empowerment. Our team partners closely with families to support children experiencing developmental delays within their natural environments.

Job Duties
- Provide Play Based Early Intervention Strategies in a 1:1 setting within client’s home.
- Work directly with parents to create your weekly schedule.
- Complete 6 month and Annual Reports
- Build relationships and help parents to make learning fun for their child.
- To attend and participate in on-going training, in-service sessions, and other meetings as scheduled.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in child development, ABA, Psychology or related field.
ALL Candidates MUST:
- Valid Driver's License
- Have reliable transportation and willingness to travel home to home throughout the day (within 20-mile radius)
- Maintain current Vehicle Insurance & Registration
- Maintain current CPR Certification (Infant, Child & Adult)
- Have current TB test
- Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
Skills:- Knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies and techniques- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with parents and children- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
