We are hiring someone who can keep our hiring process organized, consistent, and moving.
This is not a passive role. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and play a key part in how we bring new team members into our company.

What you will be responsible for
- Conduct virtual interviews using a clear script
- Ask consistent questions and document candidate responses
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
- Keep candidate information organized and up to date
- Guide new hires through onboarding steps
- Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Provide updates to the hiring manager

Schedule and Pay
- Must be available during Utah business hours
- Starting pay is $16.25-$20.00 per hour depend on degree
Basic Requirements
- Comfortable using Zoom or similar platforms
- Strong basic computer and organizational skills
- Previous admin, customer service, or support experience is helpful
