We’re currently hiring for a Facility Cleaner to support our center’s daily operations. In this role, you’ll follow a structured cleaning routine that keeps our classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and entry areas fresh and inviting each day. Your work directly supports children’s health and comfort, and we truly value the care and consistency you bring.
What You'll Do Each Day
• Clean and restock all bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, counters, floors, and supplies.
• Sweep and tidy preschool classrooms while children are outside to keep their learning spaces neat and organized.
• Refresh our entryway and hallways by wiping walls, cleaning windows and glass doors, disinfecting drinking fountains, and taking out trash.
• Revisit high-touch areas regularly to keep light switches, door handles, and frequently used surfaces clean throughout your shift.
• Assist in the kitchen by washing dishes, wiping counters, and helping with end-of-day sanitation.
• Complete weekly deep-cleaning tasks such as sanitizing toys, steaming steps and stairs, washing garbage can lids, and restocking classrooms.
• Communicate with leadership when supplies are running low or when maintenance concerns arise.
Schedule
This position follows a Monday–Friday routine, with cleaning tasks that align with a structured afternoon shift typically 1:00-6:00pm.

• Someone dependable, punctual, and comfortable following a detailed cleaning routine.
• The ability to stay on schedule, work independently, and maintain efficiency.
• A kind, friendly presence who represents our center well when families walk in.
• Strong attention to detail—someone who notices what needs to be cleaned without being told.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and moving throughout the building, including stairs.
• A team member who genuinely cares about creating a safe environment for young children.
