Pay and Schedule
- Starting at $16.25/hour
- 30–35 hours per week, up to 40 hours during peak hiring periods
- Monday–Friday, typically between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening remote hours 1 day per week, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

What You Will Do
- Conduct virtual interviews using a clear, guided format
- Help candidates feel welcomed and supported
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
- Assist with screening, reference checks, onboarding, and new hire paperwork
- Maintain employee records and hiring documentation
- Support staffing needs across classrooms and center
- Step into classrooms as needed to support ratios, routines, and supervision
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Child care or daycare experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable talking with candidates and leading conversations
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks
- Comfortable using Google Meet and basic computer systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
