Position Overview
The Sous Chef works directly alongside the Executive Sous Chef and plays a key role in daily production, team leadership, quality control, and event execution.

Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Sous Chef in all kitchen operations
- Execute and oversee prep and production according to established systems
