POSITION SUMMARY:
Marketing Coordinator
Full-Time 8am-5pm
Onsite in Bay Shore, NY offices
Salary range based on experience 45-55k Benefits and Bonus Potential
As the Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to manage marketing efforts and support our A Group of companies’ brands. We are looking for an organized and conscientious individual who can contribute to a diverse range of marketing functions. The ideal candidate is well rounded in marketing experience, tech savvy, detail oriented and is looking to make a big impact for the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist with maintaining company WordPress websites and coordinate with 3rd party web companies.
- Manage day-to-day messaging; update and manage company blog, e-newsletter, and social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, et al.
- Plan and implement organic social media strategies.
- Create and implement online and email marketing initiatives.
- Write and copy edit original content for social media, blogs, emails etc.
- Design, develop and distribute content marketing deliverables.
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Plan and organize promotional presentations.
- Assist with trade show planning by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements, developing schedules and assignments.
- Maintain marketing materials.
- Trade show support.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing generalist role, preferably in B2B.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or similar field.
- Clear and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Adobe Suite.
- Experience with social media.
- Experience with email marketing tools.
- Experience with writing and editing copy.
- Direct marketing.
- Project management.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires ability to travel locally by car or public transportation, as well as potential trips involving train or air travel for multi-night stays.
