As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of A-Tech Consulting by building lasting relationships with clients and delivering impactful solutions. Through a combination of innovative strategies and personalized outreach, you’ll help expand our footprint in the community while achieving internal sales goals.
What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of A-Tech Consulting by building lasting relationships with clients and delivering impactful solutions. Through a combination of innovative strategies and personalized outreach, you’ll help expand our footprint in the community while achieving internal sales goals.
What You’ll Do:
New Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in key industries (e.g., construction, healthcare).
- Develop and manage outreach campaigns (cold calls, emails, trade shows).
- Qualify leads and convert them into new clients by effectively communicating A-Tech’s service offerings.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to close deals and finalize contracts.
Account Management:
- Own a portfolio of existing accounts and work to maintain and grow those relationships.
- Provide ongoing support and ensure projects are delivered according to client specifications.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services as opportunities arise.
- Work with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service delivery.
Sales Performance:
- Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets, with a goal of $750,000 in sales or more.
- Maintain and update accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Actively manage a pipeline of 15-20 accounts while prospecting for new business.
- Report regularly on sales performance and forecast future revenue.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in EH&S, Construction, and similar industires
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Nutshell, or similar).
- A creative, flexible mindset with a passion for exploring innovative ways to connect with clients and promote services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information in an accessible way.
- A working knowledge of environmental services, or a willingness to quickly learn A-Tech’s offerings.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight trips as needed.

- Competitive compensation:
- Base salary 60-80k depending on experience
- 1st yr range 85k-150k , 2nd yr range and after 125k-250k
- No cap on commissions and commission paid out monthly
