What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Driver - Part Time position at A-Team Security?
Looking to hire immediately for Security Driver with experience within the security guard industry. Full time and part time shifts availability. Flexibly for schedules a must.
Responsibilities:
Must have supervisory experience
Ensure Security Officers perform their duties in accordance with security contract
Train security officers on post
Monitor Schedules and maintain security coverage at client sites
Respond to emergency call offs and requested absences to ensure sufficient security coverage
Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
Address disciplinary issues on site when necessary
Incident response and other duties as directed by the Director of Security
Requirements:
At least 3 years of site/field security guard supervisory experience with a security firm
Ability to work evenings, overnight and weekends
Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
Professional interpersonal and communications skills
Strong customer service and service delivery
Ability to professionally write logs and reports
Computer knowledge and skill
Must have a flexible work schedule
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid U.S. state issued driver’s license
New York State Security Guard License
Valid Driver License is preferred.
F01, F04, & S-95 Certificates of Fitness required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.34 per year
