Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on installation work for kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Install cabinetry, vanities, countertops, fixtures, and trim
- Complete demolition, framing adjustments, drywall, and finish carpentry as needed
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow project plans, scopes of work, and company quality standards
- Communicate progress and issues to project leads or supervisors
- Strong knowledge of remodeling construction methods and sequencing
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in residential remodels
- Ability to read and follow basic project plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active jobsite environments
- Experience working in occupied residential homes
