- Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks in residential homes
- Support repairs involving plumbing fixtures, doors, windows, drywall, trim, and appliances
- Help diagnose and address minor home repair issues
- Install fixtures, hardware, appliances, shelving, and other household components
- Perform minor drywall repairs, painting, and touch-up work
- Assist with troubleshooting and completing basic maintenance requests
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company standards on all jobs
- Keep tools and equipment maintained and organized
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–2 years’ experience in maintenance, handyman work, construction, or related trades (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Pass a background and drug screening (required)
- OSHA 10 – Construction Certification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift at least 55 lbs
