FedEx Delivery Driver — Oshkosh, WI
We're a local FedEx contractor based in Oshkosh, building out our team and looking for reliable drivers who want steady year-round work, a well-maintained truck, and a manager who actually picks up the phone.

What You'll Do
- Deliver and pick up packages along an assigned local route
- Drive a company-provided step van (we maintain it — you drive it)
- Load your truck in the morning, scan and deliver throughout the day, return to station
- Provide friendly, professional service to homes and businesses
- Average 8–10 hour days

What You Need
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean record (last 3 years)
- 1 year of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, box truck, Uber/Lyft, food delivery, military, construction — all count)
- Able to pass a FedEx background check and DOT drug screen
- Able to move packages up to 150 lbs with the assistance of a dolly, and handle stairs, ramps, and curbs throughout the day
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather
- Smartphone for dispatch communication
- Dependable transportation to the terminal each morning
