What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Carpentry Foreman - Single Family Residential - FRIDAYS OFF! position at A-Team Construction?
Do you take pride in your work but feel like the company you're working for doesn't?
Are you tired of rushed schedules, poor communication, and being surrounded by people who are willing to accept "good enough"?
Would you rather work with a team that values craftsmanship, ownership, integrity, and family time as much as you do?
At A-Team Construction, one of the major reasons we continue to grow is because we are a family-owned company committed to delivering an enjoyable building experience. We specialize in high-end residential remodeling and are looking for an experienced Journeyman Carpentry Foreman to join our amazing team.
This is not an entry-level position.
We're looking for someone who already knows how to build. Someone who can take a project from demolition to completion, read plans, coordinate subcontractors, solve field challenges, maintain quality standards, and lead projects with confidence.
Have you built custom homes, managed remodels, coordinated trades, and taken pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship?
If so, we want to talk with you.
We don't have time to teach the fundamentals of construction. We need someone who brings real residential building experience to the table from day one and wants to be part of a team that values quality, ownership, communication, and craftsmanship. If you're an experienced builder looking for a long-term home with a company that values your skills, respects your personal time, and believes details matter, we'd love to hear from you.
To be considered, tell us about the largest residential project you've personally led from start to finish, including the scope of work and your role in the project.
