East Valley (Mesa/Phoenix), AZ | Part-Time (with the potential to increase hours)


Set Schedule: Monday - Thursday (9AM to 2 PM)

We are looking for an Operations & Financial Coordinator to help us build the operational backbone of our company for the next decade.

What You’ll Own

Financial Operations

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Accurate job costing
  • Clean QuickBooks & Buildertrend
  • Integration
  • Billing, collections, and financial organization

Office Systems & Administration

  • Subcontractor compliance
  • Preliens and documentation
  • Office organization
  • Transitioning the company toward a paperless office

Project Setup & Closeout

  • Setting up jobs correctly and consistently
  • Creating organized project structures
  • Managing final closeout documentation
  • Ensuring projects start clean and end clean

Systems & Process Improvement

  • SOP creation and maintenance
  • Workflow improvements
  • AI and automation implementation
  • Increasing operational efficiency and consistency
