Position Description
To keep up with the fast pace of catering and events, we are seeking an Assistant to the Director of Sales to join our team. This role serves as the Director of Sales’ right hand; supporting proposals, contracts, and client follow-ups, while keeping all the behind-the-scenes details organized so our events come together seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
• Assist the Director of Sales with proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
• Support client communication and follow-ups
• Maintain organized records, timelines, and event details
• Coordinate internally with the sales and operations teams
• Help ensure a smooth transition from booking to execution
What We’re Looking For
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
• A team player who can jump in and problem-solve
• Experience in hospitality or events is a plus but enthusiasm, reliability, and a can-do attitude matter just as much
