STARTING PAYRATE: $15.00 HR with pay increase based off work performance and attendance , PAID WEEKLY
OPPORTUNITY FOR PAY INCREASE AFTER 90 DAY AND CONVERSION TO FULL-TIME
Job Duties:
- Assisting with key tasks throughout the manufacturing process, including basic assembly and material handling
- Supporting specialized teams by setting up work areas and tools
- Lifting and moving materials safely, following strict safety guidelines
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe for everyone
- Following instructions closely to achieve production targets
- Assisting in setting up and breaking down workstations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience of 2-3 years in construction, manufacturing, or a similar labor-intensive field is required
- A strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Basic skills or the eagerness to learn how to use hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Must provide a valid ID and pass a drug screen
- A proven track record of strong attendance and commitment to safety
- Consistent Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
