What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mover & Warehouse Lead position at A T Home Staging & Interiors?

This is a moving and warehouse lead position. Must be able to manage people, drive a 26 ft truck, lift over 100 lbs up and down stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
Hours are as-needed and vary with the season (maybe 1 day a week, maybe 4 days a week). Workdays are estimated at 5-8 hours. Very similar to "gig" work. We try to schedule a week in advance, but last-minute jobs do pop up.
If you do not have a moving/lifting position and people or warehouse lead listed on your resume, your application may be denied without a cover letter explaining your relevant moving/lifting experience.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Owns a personal vehicle
- Ability to lift/carry 100lbs up and down stairs throughout a workday
- Must not have any Uhaul flags or debts since you will be driving our rentals
- Experience in people and warehouse management
- Experience in packing and moving
- Self-sufficient
- Good communication skills
- Hard-working
- Professional with clients
- Works well as a team
- 18 years or older
- Ability to work with a changing schedule
- Experience with Connecteam a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive moving experience for our clients
- Delegate tasks
- Safely pack furniture and decor, load/unload truck, and assist in hanging artwork
- Keep truck and warehouse organized and on cleaning schedule
- Safely drive a 26 foot moving truck
- Take before and after photos at every project
- Report any damages immediately
