The Logistics Associate supports day-to-day logistics operations including receiving, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure timely deliveries
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Ensure all shipments meet company and safety standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification (a plus)
- Knowledge of shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.40 - $28.20 per hour
