Responsibilities
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and brake inspections to keep vehicles running smoothly.
- Perform minor mechanical repairs including engine tune-ups, belt replacements, and other standard passenger car operations.
- Tire service, and other suspension-related tasks to ensure proper vehicle handling.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various repair and maintenance tasks.
- Support the team in heavy lifting and mechanical repairs requiring physical strength and mechanical knowledge.
- Multi-Point Inspection
Skills
- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong understanding of standard passenger car operation.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for repairs.
- Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to perform minor mechanical repairs such as belt replacements, brake work, and suspension adjustments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks safely.
