Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch). On-call rotation: one evening per week on one weekend per month. Technicians are dispatched from home, with a required weekly team meeting on Wednesdays at 7:15 am.
Pay Scale: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly, depending on experience
Position Summary: Provide expert service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Minimum of 2 years' HVAC service experience
- Great customer servicecommunication skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling equipment
- EPA Universal
- NATE certification is a plus
- Commitment to following safety standards and best practices
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
