As an Assistant Manager you'll be at the heart of our locally owned Property Management company, overseeing one of our premier Self-Storage facilities in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. If you thrive on providing top-notch customer service, love tackling diverse tasks, and take pride in exceeding expectations, then this role is tailor-made for you.

Experience Counts: self-storage, retail customer service or service industry preferred but not required.
Tech Savvy: Whether it's Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, we want an individual who is comfortable navigating various software platforms and becoming proficient in using industry specific software.
Flexibility: Ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in? Our variable hours mean you'll enjoy a mix of shifts, including weekends, so flexibility is key. Primary days being Sunday through Tuesday for this location.
Compensation: We offer paid holidays, 401(k) plan, discounted storage unit and an*Onsite One Bedroom Apartment-subsidized for only $275/month incl. utilities (after a probationary period)*
This position is part time with approximately 25 hrs per week, Compensation DOE, range from $17-$20.
