Patient Services Representative A Stepping Stone
A Stepping Stone is a growing behavioral health practice in Colorado. We are looking for a Patient Services Representative who genuinely likes people and is comfortable being the first voice a patient hears.
This role is primarily phone-based. You will handle scheduling, patient follow-up, billing inquiries, and general patient communication. When you are not on the phone, you will support the team with data entry in our EMR system (Athena Health) and Google Workspace.
What the day looks like:
- Answering a high volume of inbound patient calls with professionalism and warmth
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our providers
- Responding to patient questions related to scheduling, billing, and care coordination
- Accurate data entry and records management in Athena Health
