Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to join our team. This is a patient care focused position with 30 hours per week of treating clients and 10 hours per week of Clinic Admin time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff.
• Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Credentialing management for new and existing physical therapists.
• Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assist Director with clinic budget, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Integral part of the interview, hiring and onboarding process as well as termination process if needed.
• Assisting with or managing insurance denials and appeals issues as needed.
• Managing quality assurance and compliance with the compliance officer.
• Participate in marketing and community outreach activities to promote the clinic.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Current GA Physical Therapy License.
• Proven experience in clinic management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of insurance billing, EOBs and denials and appeal process.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially learning new electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
