WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A ROOFING ESTIMATOR - SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
As a driven professional, you manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to project handoff. You conduct roof inspections for potential clients and document conditions using AccuLynx CRM. With this data, you prepare accurate estimates and present tailored roofing solutions. You educate customers on materials, warranties, and project details, ensuring clarity. Your closing skills help you follow up with leads and close sales efficiently, while you coordinate with the production team for smooth installations.

OUR IDEAL ROOFING ESTIMATOR - SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
We're looking for someone who can work a reliable schedule from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday while meeting the following qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience
- 2 years of experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement
- Experience with AccuLynx or similar CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to get on roofs in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outside in inclement weather conditions and extreme temperatures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of roofing systems (tile, shingle, TPO, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
