Pest Control Technician FR Branch 2 or 3

We are looking for a branch 2 or 3 field representative who desire a good company to work for. **Pay based on experience**

Expectations:

• Must have good customer service Skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
• Effectively treat infestations for residential and commercial customers and perform Termite/WDO inspections.
• Document services and materials used accurately on service records.
• Must have experience using tools (Handyman experience is a plus)
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain it clean and organized.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program.
• Serve as a problem solver for your customer by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand held device provided for speed and accuracy.
• Ask customers for feedback and encourage them to leave online reviews.
• Address customers concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.

• Applying pesticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
• Responding on a timely basis to customers' requests for telephone and in-person service calls .
• Identifying and acting upon opportunities to sell additional products or services.
