Position SummaryWe are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide non-medical personal care and companionship services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in their homes.

Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Toileting
- Mobility and transfers
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and electronic visit verification (EVV).
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team and family members.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Current Florida Home Health Aide Certificate (minimum 75-hour HHA training) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Level II Background Screening (or ability to obtain one).
- Valid government-issued identification.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English. Spanish and/or Creole are a plus.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
