We’re a family-owned window treatment company growing across the Carolinas, and we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our showroom experience.
This is a client-facing sales role for someone who enjoys working with people, guiding decisions, and creating a polished, high-end experience from the moment someone walks in.
- Work directly with showroom clients from first conversation to sale
- Guide selections across shades, shutters, and drapery
- Create a welcoming, professional showroom experience
- Support overall store performance and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with our team throughout the project lifecycle
- Sales experience (required)
- Drapery or interior design experience (strongly preferred)
- Confident communicator who can guide clients and close sales
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Someone who is motivated, dependable, and excited to grow with a team
- Training will take place at our Charlotte showrooms & headquarters
- You’ll learn our products, systems, and sales approach
- Ongoing support from an experienced team
- Base pay (hourly or salary) performance-based bonus
- Additional earning tied to overall showroom performance
