HireArt is helping our client find an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to provide onsite support across all Bay Area office locations, ensuring safe and compliant operations in alignment with internal safety standards and regulatory requirements.In this role, you will play a key role in day-to-day EHS operations, working closely with site teams to build a proactive safety culture.As an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist, you'll:Conduct routine EHS audits across offices and technical areas (e.g., labs, garages).Perform job hazard analyses, risk assessments, and PPE evaluations to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.Support incident investigations and root cause analysis for safety incidents.Create and provide technical EHS guidance to local teams and stakeholders.Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e., CREWS, VOps, and ADAS/AD) to implement safety improvements.Assist with EHS training rollout, documentation, and tracking.Maintain and provide the following documents:Safety-related records and reports as requiredIncident support documentationPPE/risk assessments performedSite inspection reports
