Duties
- Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and with a friendly attitude
- Ensure all orders are accurate and complete before serving to maintain high-quality service standards
- Assist with food presentation and plating as needed to enhance visual appeal
- Clear used dishes, utensils, and empty trays from tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and flow
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, prep assistance, or bussing when necessary
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate timely service
- Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes and food items properly and maintaining hygiene protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to engage with guests and team members effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably
