Entry Level Client Representative (Bilingual)

We’re hiring bilingual individuals who enjoy working directly with people and want an opportunity to grow within a fast-moving sales environment representing AT&T products and services.

This is an entry-level position with training provided. We look more at communication skills, attitude, and work ethic than previous industry experience.

In this role, you'll represent leading brands in telecommunications, wireless, and internet services, working directly with customers to deliver outstanding experiences while driving results in a fast-paced, competitive industry.

What You'll Be Doing as a Entry Level Client Representative:

• Get in front of customers daily through face-to-face interactions, this is a people business and you'll be right in the middle of it
• Break down telecommunications, wireless, and internet services in a way that actually makes sense to people
• Walk customers through new service setups, account activations, plan upgrades, and changes from start to finish
• Handle questions on services, pricing, and billing on the spot
• Match customers with the right promotions and plans based on what they actually need, not just what's easiest to sell
• Track your sales activity, accounts, and transactions accurately every day

• Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
