Are you outgoing, motivated, and comfortable meeting new people? A-Sales Firm is looking for a friendly and driven Entry Level AT&T Customer Service Representative to join our team in Woburn, MA and represent AT&T wireless services through direct, face-to-face customer engagement.

As an Entry Level AT&T Customer Service Representative , you’ll speak with customers in assigned local territories, learn about their mobile needs, and introduce AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, and current promotions that may be a good fit. You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching while building valuable experience in sales, customer relations, communication, and wireless services.

What You’ll Do As An Entry Level AT&T Customer Service Representative

• Connect with prospective customers face-to-face in assigned local territories.
• Introduce customers to AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, mobile services, and current promotions.
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s wireless needs and recommend suitable options.
• As an Entry Level AT&T Customer Service Representative , clearly explain plan features, pricing, device options, promotions, and enrollment requirements.
• Assist interested customers through the wireless enrollment and account setup process.
• Answer customer questions and create a friendly, professional experience from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Stay informed about current AT&T wireless products, promotions, and service options.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and customer engagement training dedicated for the Entry Level AT&T Customer Service Representative team
