The Opportunity
As the Regional Marketing Manager for North America at A-SAFE, you’ll be responsible overseeing and executing marketing strategies within the United States, Canada and Mexico, ensuring alignment with both local market dynamics and global business objectives. As a key member of the Marketing Leadership sub-team, they act as the bridge between regional execution and overarching strategy, collaborating closely with teams across functions to drive brand impact, customer engagement, and commercial success in the US market.
This role ensures that marketing initiatives are tailored to regional trends, regulatory requirements, and consumer behaviours while maintaining consistency with the global brand strategy. The Regional Marketing Manager also plays a vital role in providing feedback to the HQ-based team in the UK, ensuring that regional insights and challenges inform strategic decision making.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement US-specific marketing campaigns aligned with global strategy. Identify growth opportunities and adapt messaging for regional audiences.
- Drive MQL generation through targeted campaigns, digital marketing, and lead-nurturing programs. Track and optimise conversion rates for better pipeline impact.
- Adapt global marketing materials and messaging to align with North American cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences.
- Partner with product teams to support regional product launches, provide feedback, and develop localised sales enablement tools
- Proactively manage brand reputation, responding to market shifts, media inquiries, and crisis situations in coordination with the global team.
The ideal candidate will have:
B2B Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or safety sectors.
Regional Marketing Leadership: Experience managing marketing strategies for the North American market with a strong understanding of regional business dynamics.
Demand Generation & MQL Focus: Track record of delivering high-quality leads and optimising marketing efforts for sales pipeline contribution.
Hands-On Growth Mindset: Takes initiative, embraces feedback and drives continuous improvement.
Event Marketing Experience: Knowledge of planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and in-person events.
Bilingual (Spanish or French): Advantageous for working across North America, particularly in Canada and Mexico.

Compensation
Estimated Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD annually. Exact compensation is dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
