Zion Residential Campus - Case Manager (Bilingual)

The Zion Residential Campus Case Manager supports residents—both adults and children—by delivering trauma-informed case management that promotes safety, stability, and long-term housing success. This role sits at the intersection of advocacy, coordination, and direct service, working closely with internal teams and community partners to ensure residents receive holistic support that meets their individual needs.
