- Ability to create and implement effective Lesson Planning
- Strong skills in Education, including fostering learning and encouraging child development
- Effective and clear Communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members
- Experience and expertise in Teaching and delivering educational content
- Proficiency in conducting Training sessions to support continued professional development
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children
- Formal education or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
