Under our Friendly PC/MSO model, your clinical autonomy is protected. You will make 100% of the medical and patient-care decisions. Meanwhile, our MSO handles all the business operations—including billing, marketing, scheduling, facility management, and compliance. You get to step into a fully equipped, beautifully managed practice at our Angier location, focusing entirely on patient care and clinical excellence.
The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PMHNP to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing therapeutic support. You will have the opportunity to build your own patient panel within our established framework, supported by a highly competent operational team and our supervising physician, Dr. Mena Isanusous, MD. Or if you have a collaborative already that's acceptable for this role, supervision must be documented and proven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for new and existing patients.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management and addiction medicine protocols.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records (EHR).
- Addiction Medicine Knowledge.
- LGBTQ inclusivity.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
- Operate independently in clinical decision-making while utilizing the MSO’s administrative support for scheduling, billing, and patient intake.Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina.
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active DEA registration.
- A strong desire for clinical independence and the ability to manage a self-driven daily workflow.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first clinical philosophy.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
