Our team manages the entire roofing process—from emergency tarping and roof repairs to full roof replacements and insurance claim assistance. Role Description
The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Suwanee, GA, serving customers throughout the state of Georgia. This role involves meeting prospective and existing customers at their properties, assessing roofing needs, and providing professional, solution-focused sales presentations.
Representatives will generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, self-generated prospecting, and company-provided leads while building lasting relationships with homeowners, property managers, and other decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include conducting roof inspections for sales purposes, explaining products and services, preparing estimates, and guiding customers through the insurance claims process when applicable.
The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation within the CRM, collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless project handoffs, and following up with customers throughout the sales process to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, insurance restoration, or a related industry is beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
- Basic familiarity with CRM software, email, and mobile applications is helpful.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/other) is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are the most important qualifications—we'll teach you the rest.
