Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tractor Trailer Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely ensuring timely deliveries. If you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, we encourage you to apply. Home daily pay will be negotiated based on experience.
Key Responsibilitie
- Safely load, and unload.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure mechanical safety and readiness.
- Follow all federal and state regulations regarding driving and transportation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and other required documentation.
- Report any mechanical issues or incidents to management immediately.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to shift an 18 speed transmission.
- Minimum of 3 years of tractor-dump trailer driving experience.
- Knowledge of route driving techniques and freight handling procedures.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and DOT requirements.
- Ability work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
. Must pass a drug screening prior to employment.
