What are the responsibilities and job description for the Party Rental Cleaner position at A & S Party Rental?
A&S Party Rental, One of Ohio's Largest Party Rental Companies is hiring in our wedding linen department. We are also proud to be the official event rental partner of the Cincinnati Bengals, reflecting our commitment to professionalism, reliability, and top-tier service. The responsibilities of this position would include:
Process outgoing and incoming table linens, table napkins, drapes, chair accessories etc.
Washing & hot pressing linens.
Sorting linens based on colors/ care instructions
Collaborate with the linens team to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Inspecting and counting all returned linen items.
Spot treat stains using appropriate chemicals
Organizing inventory and managing the process of the department.
Pay starts at $17 an hour based on work experience. A&S Party Rental is a fun and exciting environment. We Bring Out The Fun in Everyone, Especially our employees.
*Days are Monday- Friday, hours vary between 8:30AM-5:00 PM . Must be available on weekends working 1-2 Saturdays a month from 9:30AM-1PM. We are closed on Sunday's.
Qualifications:
You must be able to pass a drug test upon starting & subject to random drug tests.
This person should also have basic computer skills & be able to work in a fast paced environment.
This person would be extremely organized and detailed oriented, being able to catch damages, stains & snags on linens before they go into the linen press.
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn new things
Previous experience in cleaning is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to work in a warehouse setting (cold in winter, hot in summer).
Must be able to work as a team with other employees
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 30 pounds.
