General Laborer/Delivery Driver

A&S Party Rental: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Delivery Lead to manage the setup, operation, and teardown of various carnival attractions, such as a tents, inflatables, games, flooring, and more. This position requires a strong leader to oversee event staff, ensure safety, and coordinate with clients, which may range from corporate accounts to private individuals, concerts, and other large events. The Delivery Lead will also be responsible for transporting and setting up equipment, including driving trailers to event locations. Weekend work is required, and all candidates must pass a drug test before employment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

We also work with flexible schedules. This position requires the ability to lift up to 75lbs.
A&S Party Rental rent tents, tables, inflatables, wedding décor, convention equipment, concession equipment and over 10,000 party rental items. In this position you will be joining our team to prepare and ensure quality products and supplies are provided to our customers.

Responsibilities (here's what you'll be doing):
Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner and set up the party rental items (Tables, Tents, Chairs, Bounce House Rentals, Etc.)
Load and unload delivery items
Inspect and monitor party rental items
Maintain accurate inventory of party rental items and complete paperwork for each customer

Qualifications (here are the things that you'll need to have):
Experience in customer service, team building and team leading
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Great problem solver
Dependable and team player
Must be able to work weekends
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
Clean driving record/pass background check/pass drug test
