avid Hotel - Smyrna is looking for a Front Desk agent / Night Auditor with lots of personality. Someone who can make guest feel welcome as well as assisting to their needs. Work as a team with all other departments.
Duties:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform Daily Reporting
- Check guests in and out with efficiency.
- Answer phones in a professional manner. Transferring calls or take messages when necessary.
- Accurately process credit card transactions.
- Communicate with guest about any problems/complaints and determine the best form of action to resolve.
- May have to book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups that are requested either by phone or from within the hotel.
- Run night audit procedures to close / open hotel overnight.
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Being service oriented

- Customer Service
- Receptionist
- Administrative Assistant experience.
- Skills: communication, light computer, reading and writing, basic math, problem solving..
- Having a flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
