We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as GPS dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other machinery to perform grading, excavation, lifting, and material handling tasks.
- Safely operate trucks including front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and tanker trucks for transporting materials and equipment around the site.
- Manage concrete mixers and farm machinery as needed for various construction activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
- Assist with site preparation, material placement, and cleanup activities to support project timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active job sites.
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery including Caterpillar equipment and other major brands.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience driving heavy trucks such as dump trucks, water trucks, or tanker trucks.
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of construction processes including concrete mixing, earthmoving, and site grading.

Pay: $27.13 - $32.67 per hour
