ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Setup and modify CNC cutter programs.
- Modify and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
- Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish a standard production rate in performance.
- Analyzes layout of factory floor, equipment, teams.
- Review operator's instructions for accuracy and completeness, and update/revise as necessary.
- Work with teams to define and document assembly routings for new and existing products.
- Work with teams and quality control to resolve production problems involving work instructions and processes.
- Produce error-free procedures that minimize production time and excess materials.
- Maintain drawings, specifications, and bills of material for all products.
- Assist in design and prototyping of new products.
- Direct teams/projects as assigned.
- Other projects and/or tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
- 3-5 years related work experience
