We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Must promptly download orders thru various portal such as World Client, Lotus Notes, Faxes, Email, etc. throughout the day.
- Enter orders into the system in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail regarding order entry and provide customers with exceptional services.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures established for the Customer Service Associates.
- Learning new products and keeping knowledgeable about changes in existing products.
- Processing price quotes and proof requests for customers in a complete and timely manner.
- Assist outside sales representatives and Account Managers with sample requests, catalogs, product pricing, product questions and placing orders.
- Answering incoming phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Assisting callers with inquiries, quotes and taking orders.
- Being knowledgeable about pricing, current marketing promotions and website materials in order to assist the customers

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years related work experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
- Must have advanced reasoning abilities including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively handling multiple priorities and details with regards to customer inquiries, orders, detail follow-up, and computer/phone systems.
