Job Responsibilities:

• Assess the customers’ needs over the phone.
• Determine the proper solution to each individual call.
• Implement the solution from start to finish including entering the data in our construction software program, following up to make sure the work is completed, and closing out the job with the customer.
• Company liaison with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure a smooth transition of information from estimate through completion.
• Oversee flow of construction documents through the office.
• Examine contracts, estimates, production costs, performance requirements and delivery schedules for completeness and accuracy.
• Reviews bids from subcontractors for conformity to contract requirements.
• Keep the department on track and running smoothly.
• Provide superior customer service with a smile and great attitude.

Job Requirements:

• Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills.
• 4 years’ experience of Property Management.
• Organized, focused, and driven.
• Able to juggle tasks without anything slipping through the cracks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Procore and/or Timberline Software knowledge is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
