Job Description Memorandum
TITLE: Project Field Lead
Main Job Function
Field Delivery, Supervision, Setup, Loading, Unloading, and Training direction as needed.
Hours / Days
40 hours Weekly (varies- depending on need)
PTO* & Sick Time, Insurance, and 401k eligible*
Work Conditions
Off-Site & Client locations – Primary (50% or more)
Warehouse – Secondary (25% or less)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Helping Lead Field based Projects on a regular basis
- Helping manage Field teams to execute Events in a timely and accurately
- Support the Warehouse crew Supervisor and Inventory Manager with loading/unloading tasks as required for order processing.
- Collaboration/Partnering Workgroup - Work with various team members to ensure & maximize efficiency and work productivity
- Work in warehouse type conditions – Heavy equipment, moving/loading equipment, motorized equipment, and Trucks/Forklifts daily.
- Planning for upcoming orders by taking necessary steps to minimize Order/Delivery disruption
- Organizational Skills - Keeping all impacted Staff aware of any impacted deliveries, or lack of inventory in a timely fashion.
- Product Orders - ALL Product Orders must be supervised/Approved by Inventory Manager on a consistent basis.
- Inventory Management (Quality) - Keeping records of any damaged or repair needs for existing Equipment.
- Work will be supervised, and performance managed by Inventory Manager.
- Uniform - Must wear approved work attire - (ie. “A Rental Connection” Shirt, ARC Hat, Work Boots - Steel-toed preferred, and Work Gloves)
- The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help the ARC Team & Clients (Internal & External).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
