As we position our business for significant growth, we are committed to leveraging innovation and operational excellence to maintain our reputation as an industry leader.About Our Role:Billing Specialist role is full-time and on-site in our Burr Ridge, IL office with additional travel to our satellite locations in Phoenix and Houston. This role will report directly to the Controller.What You Will Do:Prepare accurate client invoices in our NetSuite ERP systemEmail invoices to appropriate contacts or submit them through payables portalsMaintain our database of client billing contacts and protocolsAdministrate Stripe credit card paymentsAfter invoicing, follow-up through statement preparation and client interface to resolve discrepancies, to ensure timely paymentsMaintain financial security by following internal accounting controlsContribute to our team effort by accomplishing related results as neededPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:Strong written communication and technical writing skills requiredDemonstrated ability to learn new equipment and systems through self-directed research and observationDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and clarityComfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and asking questions to build understandingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with document control or knowledge management systems a plusApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Pay$24.00 - $28.00 per hourHoursNo less than 40 hours per weekWhat We Offer:PTO and Paid HolidaysGenerous medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) offeringsA team that cares about you and invests in growth!
