Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver & RV Driver to support our construction team by providing on-site caregiving assistance and safely operating our company RV. This unique position combines caregiving responsibilities with transportation and mobile-facility support, helping ensure our staff has a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while working on various project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic caregiving support to designated team members, including assistance with mobility, daily living tasks, monitoring wellbeing, and offering general support as needed.
- Safely drive, park, and set up the company RV at construction sites or project locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the RV, ensuring it remains functional and welcoming.
- Assist with transporting supplies or equipment within the RV as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols, driving regulations, and company policies.
- Report any issues with the RV, equipment, or caregiving needs promptly.
- Work a flexible, as-needed schedule based on project demands.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving large vehicles (such as RVs, buses, or trucks) preferred.
- Previous caregiving experience strongly preferred (professional or personal).
- Ability to perform light physical tasks and support individuals with mobility needs.
- Dependable, patient, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working at construction sites and adapting to changing environments.
Work Schedule
- Hours are as needed depending on construction project timelines.
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 42.0 per week
