Onboarding Field Coordinator — Furnished Rentals
We're a growing short-term and mid-term rental property management company expanding into the Houston market, and we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented coordinator to help us launch properties the right way.
This is a contract role (hourly or per project) — ideal for someone who already knows the STR/MTR space and wants flexible, meaningful work with a team that actually has its act together.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate property make-readies, staging installs, and vendor scheduling
- Serve as the point of contact between owners, vendors, and our internal ops team
- Manage checklists, timelines, and property readiness using tools like Breezeway
You're a fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience in furnished rentals, STR operations, or residential staging
- Are comfortable being the person on the ground — organized, responsive, and proactive
- Know how to handle logistics without a lot of hand-holding
- Are based in or near Houston and available for property visits
